After working with 100s of mamas, Amy can tell you that this lack of clarity often leads to experiencing loneliness, feeling fearful about your birth experience, or becoming isolated or overly busy-ing themselves. So, today’s podcast is going to simplify it all and give you the top 3 things to prioritise during your pregnancy.

  • Priority #1: Connecting with other Mama’s who have a positive perspective on their birth experience. If you’re feeling fearful about pregnancy or labour, the fastest way to dissolve this is by immersing yourself in a community of fearless mamas who are prepared for birth.

  • Priority #2: Strengthening your intuition – it may sound woo-woo but when labour strikes, logic leaves, and so it should! No one knows how best to deliver your baby better than you.

  • Priority #3: Building strength in the pelvis, legs, glutes, and practising your birth positions – in everyday life, your body isn’t required to move the way it is during labour – so by focusing on increasing mobility and strength throughout your pregnancy, your body will be 100% prepped for birth.
